The Newsletter #8 published in April 1998, Highights the Fourth International Seminars held at Bali from 14 - 19 July, 1998. The seminar was sponsored by five organizations: Indonesia's INPIM Chapter to be, Global INPIM, the Minsitry of Public Works, Indonesa, International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage and the Economic Development Institute of the World Bank.
