The Newsletter #7 published in April 1998, focus on the need for strengthening National chapters. INPIM is a global network of professionals involved in irrigation and water resource management. A countrywide network which constitutes a National Chapter, enables thought processes to focus on participatory irrigation managmeent. INPIM's mission is to strengthen and foster the setup of new country chapters.l
