Participants felt that instead of waiting till the government forms the project level committee, it is better to form project level committee informally and start functioning at the project level and show the government the need and importance of the project level committees in the State. The project level committee was formed with Mr. G. Seetharami Reddy (Former President DC, President WUA, Tanagala Village, Waddepally mandal, Mahabub Nagar District) as its president with 15 executive members spread across the project command and the rest of the representatives of WUAs would be general members of this informal project level committee.
