CountryChapters
Country Chapters are National Networks of professionals, researchers, agency staff, farmers and water user organisations. The Country Chapter provides a platform to take on activities such as publiciation of newsletters, meetings, workshops, seminars, action research, public consultations with farmers and water user orgnaisations. They provide a vibrant platform for information sharing, communication and dissemination. They are regisetered non profits or socieities under the laws of the country. A Chpater having more than 200 members can nominate a member to be on the INPIM Board of Directors. Country chapter usually conduct regular elections among thier members to elect a board. The Chairman of the local Country Chapter is usually nominated as a member on the INPIM Board.
